Fill out the ROOM BOX Design Client Questionnaire
Here, you will fill out our in-depth questionnaire that tells us all about your lifestyle which enables our professional NCIDQ certified design team to find out more about your personal style, personality and budget.
Photograph all of the walls in your space including ceilings and floors
Measure your room and include a floor plan, ceiling plan and elevation of each wall showing existing openings for doors and windows. Don’t worry these sketches do not have to be a work of art, they just give us an idea of your space. We will also need you to note on your plan all electrical locations. Show us what you want
Provide photos of existing furniture, window treatments or accessories you would like to incorporate into your unique ROOM BOX design.
Send us your photos
Provide 4 interior images to your ROOM BOX Design Team. These images should show your style and give a visual representation of how you would like your room to look after your ROOM BOX transformation. Please provide notes with each photo of what you like and dislike.

We will create a scaled drawing and a photo realistic rendering of your new room so you can visualize all of the selections, samples and finishes in your room.
Email Correspondence
We will check in with you by email with any questions we may have on your room.
Your specifications
Specify all of your room finishes, materials, furniture and window treatments based on your personal style questionnaire and budget you provide.
Your ROOM BOX web page
We create your unique ROOM BOX web page that gives you access to manufactures products at designer pricing, print tear sheets, and purchase directly online to have your room items shipped directly to your home. here we also create a list of recommended sub contractors in your area should you decide you want help transforming your room.
In 4-6 weeks your ROOM BOX ships directly to you
Receive By Mail
You will receive your elegantly designed ROOM BOX via mail. In it you can expect to find all of your selections, finish and material samples, scaled floor plan, detailed elevations and rendering of your room.
Receive your web page credentials
We will provide you with an exclusive ROOM BOX login to your very own web page that gives you access to all of your selections. From this page you will be able to print tear sheets, purchase items on your own time and gain information for qualified contractors in your area to assist you in completing your room. All items purchased will be sent directly to your home via your local freight carrier.
Put it all together
With the design complete and information we provide you will become your own designer and be able to put together a flawless room.
